ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION SPECIFICATIONS

At the outset we seek your full cooperation regarding time management of the conference. We are fully committed in this act.

    A. General specifications

  1. The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42”/50” (Diagonal) LCD
  2. File format should be Power Point (.PPT) Sample file – Click Here
  3. Total size of the presentation should not be exceed more than 20 MB
  4. Maximum number of slides per E-poster, should not exceed more than 16
  5. All slides should be in landscape format
  6. Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only

    B. Design specifications

  1. Each slide title should be placed in a title placeholder (Background & Objectives, Material & Methods, Results & Tables, Images & Graphs, Discussion, Conclusion, References & Acknowledgements)
  2. The text should cover the pattern of Background & Objectives, Material & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References & Acknowledgements
  3. Text should be brief and well organized
  4. The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g. Helvetica) The correct font size depends greatly on the fonts used in the ppt and the thumb rule should be that if its visible well on the computer screen it shall be well visible on the Display Screen

    C. Color suggestions:

  1. When using light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue) we suggest using dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green)
  2. When using dark backgrounds (blue, purple) we suggest using light fonts (white, yellow, cyan)
  3. Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds as they are colors that are difficult to read
  4. Illustrations/images/photographs used in the E-poster should be enlarged enough to show relevant details Important:

    D. Oral Paper sending guidelines

  1. Oral Presentation PPT must be sent to NAPCON Hyderabad office by email before 20th November 2023
  2. E-email id for sending: oralpapernapconhyd@gmail.com
  3. Kindly save the PPT file by your Abstract number, and attach
  4. Mention in the Email Subject: Oral Paper number, Abstract ID | Conference Registration Number
  5. Oral Paper Number, Abstract ID, Delegate Name, Conference Registration Number & Award Category must be mentioned in the mail message as well

    ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  1. Oral Papers are allotted separate OP No. xx different from the Abstract ID according to the Time slots given.
  2. 10-minute slots are provided for each Oral Paper out of which the Presentation time should not cross 7minutes + 2min discussion + 1min change over = 10min per Paper.
  3. After 6 mins a warning appears and the presentation automatically shuts down after 7 mins.
  4. All the Presenters of a session should be present 30 minutes before the start of the session and are expected to stay till the end of the session.
  5. As all the PPTs will be uploaded well before the session starts, if the presenter is not available before the start of the session his presentation may not get uploaded for screening it.
  6. If anyone misses out their time slot, it will not be possible to be rescheduled.
  7. Presenters should come well-groomed in formal attire.
  8. PPT should be in accordance with the specifications provided and visually appealing.
  9. Content should be in accordance with the guidelines prescribed for the Original Study as mentioned on the website (Background and objectives, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References,and acknowledgments) and precise.
  10. Presentation should be crisp and lucid with clear conclusive comments.
  11. Each session will have Awards from NAPCON - x, ICS – x, NCCP -x.
  12. Awards will be announced at the end of each day after the last session.
